REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES: 4 nights camping with water, & electric. NO SEWER
Hospitality, Samgo, Door prizes, crafts and flea market, seminars, Samboree Bars, RV Dealers, Vendors,
Entertainment, and MUCH MORE.
CANCELLATIONS There will be a processing fee for all cancellations based on cancellation date:
Prior to December 14th $10.00
December 15th thru January 14th $15.00
January 15th and forward $25.00
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR “NO SHOWS” OR CATERED MEALS
*All cancellations and refund requests must be in writing and mailed to Bob Ward, State Director.
Note: Please deduct $10.00 per night for Wed. and Thurs. IF unable to arrive before Friday.
NO DEDUCTIONS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.
WE WILL HAVE CHAPTER PARKING
Be sure to bring extra electric cords and water hoses. Handicapped spaces will only be provided for our
Handicapped members with proper credentials.
