Name of Chapter -- not just the name you give your newsletter

Location of campout(s)

Date of the campout

What activities took place or will be taking place

How many were there -- include members, guests, visitors, State Staff

Names of officers (and newsletter editor) -- how to contact them

Announcements of future campouts;
and, especially, State Samborees and Friendship Rallies

What occurred that would be of interest to others

Appropriate placement of photographs and identification

Attractiveness -- use of color and layout

Number of issues per year -- at least 4 to 6 turned in for judging
year to run from 11/1 to 10/31

as well as chapter members
